FLOOR LAMPS EXTRAORDINAIRE

Tress Floor Lamp - Medium

US $1,350.00 - US $2,400.00
Design by Marc Sadler, 2008.
an Italian designer.

http://www.marcsadler.it/
Floor lamp made of composite material on a lacquered fiberglass base. Available in three colors, each creates their own distinct personality. White is discreet, black is strong and decisive and red is volcanic. Tress is a web of threads and resin that acts as the decor, structure and diffuser all at the same time. Tress Grande has two light sources. The lower illuminates the interior of the lamp and highlights the graphic presence of the weave. The upper light source is an up light and can produce reflected ambient illumination.
Provides ambient and decorative illumination. Light intensity can be controlled with in-line dimmer.

Toobe Floor Lamp

US $620.00
Design by Ferruccio Laviani.
Made in Italy by Kartell.
A pendant of simple and essential design, the E' suspension lamp consists of the pleated polycarbonate lampshade and a chrome metal rosette. The cable is adjustable in length between 12&quot.
Toobe by Ferruccio Laviani was conceived from the idea that the use of a PMMA extruded tube could, according to length, become either a floor or table lamp. Thanks to an innovative coloring technology, Toobe is the first Kartell product to be "faded" to permit a special light to be diffused within the cylinder. The line is simple and modern. The handle in the lamp body makes the pole functional and easy to move. Select from five transparent color options. Also available in a table lamp.

One of the great masters of Italian design, he was a founding member of ADI in the fifties. The long list of awards he has received include eight Compassi d'Oro.
